I am working on a technical project that will be read by people in the United States. The information itself is not difficult for me, but explaining it in a simple way has been a challenge. I keep using terms that make sense to me but may confuse a new reader. I started looking at a technical writing service in USA. Has anyone used one for a US audience? Did the writer understand the technical subject while keeping the language easy to follow?
